The basic premise of Eff being the unlucky 13th while her twin being the lucky 7th son of the 7th son sounds really good. But the world-building seems to leave a lot to be desired. Both the magicians and the Rationalists seem to have their fair share of issues :/ <br /><br />Fair and honest review though, much appreciated.
